This position is with one of the leading originators/ managers in the private debt transactions of mid-market companies in India. The firm specializes in private and secured debt structuring, risk management and underwriting, and possesses a deep understanding of Indian corporates, management teams and operations in the mid-market space.  This is a new position where the company intends to establish itself as a focussed and credible leader in debt market space which is very nascent in India. This role would involve coming out with industry research, focussed research on mid market showcasing opportunity to investors and clients.  This role will directly report to the ceo and demands high level of thinking skills and ability to come out with original content relevant to the business and its clients.  Candidate from consulting or research background with very good exposure to alternate asset class investments or part of global asset management platforms having deep interest in research and good understanding of equity and debt markets only will be suitable.
