Reporting to: Head HR
Role Deliverables:
- HR profile comprising of end-to-end HR responsibilities including Recruitment, performance management, recruitment process management, HR compliance, work environment and engagement, Employee Relation, OD Initiatives, front-ending of the compensation (incentives) and employee recognition schemes.
- Key focus of the role would be in developing managers in the HR teams along with other complementary actions towards change management
- Building a positive work environment balancing business requirements with fair treatment practices and compliance in letter and spirit
- Development of managers/executives in HR teams to enable better planning and execution
- Contributing to the change management exercise in lieu of the massive changes in the external environment
- Coaching and development of Branch human resources contributing in accomplishment of business targets
Profile Fit:
- Full time MBA with 7 to 9 years of experience
- Proven experience of managing Sales HR/ Corporate HR environments
- Past experience of successfully navigating through ambiguity
- Working with and improvising processes and systems towards business deliverable
- Business Acumen - understanding business challenges, designing and implementing HR systems suitably
