Educational Qualification : MBA/Post Graduate in HR/IR
Work Experience : 8 - 12 yrs
Industry - Preferably service industry including 3PL or manufacturing industry having multi locations with large workforce both on roll & contractual ( 500 +)
Functional Competencies :
- Self-motivated, result driven individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in design and implementation of IR programs, policies and initiatives in Indian/multinational organisation having a diverse workforce and spread geographically.
- Ability to connect with various business stakeholders provide strategic foresight and support on HR delivery & service.
- Exposure to good employee relations practices and ability to manage a large contractual workforce will be desired.
- Team player and able to keep motivation and morale high.
- Passionate to work in 3PL service industry.
Key Responsibilities :
Skills Required :
- In depth knowledge of Labor laws, court proceedings and various acts
- Hands on experience in handling complex labor issues
- Must have handled, dealt with gherao, strike, labor unrest
- Knowledge and experience in disciplinary proceedings
- Must have done Long term wage settlement
- Hands on experience with Statutory compliance
Responsibilities :
- To keep/maintain smooth relations with employee/contractors/local authorities/unions
- Completely take charge of industrial dispute for the region
- Maintaining & Updating all statutory compliance Contractors & Company
- To keep industrial disciplines
- To handle issues of contractors & their manpower
- To handle legal issues independently related to manpower/statutory compliance. Dealing with other legal activities and contact with legal adviser if required
- Responsible for IR matters for the region
- Liasioning with govt. departments
- Complete Labor Management
- Submission of all statutory returns
