We are hiring for a leading Healthcare/Pharma Company for Sr. HR BP/ HR BP to be based out of Mumbai.  Job Purpose :  - Responsible for HR interventions & programs that supports growth, employee engagement and talent development of the assigned businesses.  Major Accountabilities :  - To help formulate and implement HR strategies, objectives and processes which are fully aligned to the overall business strategy in conjunction with the relevant business / function Head and Head HR.  - To implement organisational change, people development, career development and compensation processes to support the attraction and retention of key staff.  - To execute performance management, reward and recognition strategies which facilitate, support and maintain a high performance culture.  - In conjunction with line management and the HR Head contribute to the development of a value based organisational culture which will inspire employee commitment and promote a winning spirit.  - In conjunction with line management and the HR Head, implement standardized global people Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) which allow the measurement of progress against the key people objectives.  - Pro-actively supports Talent Acquisition team in all recruiting efforts.  - To assess regularly internal customer needs and satisfaction and adjust services accordingly  - Responsible for ensuring operational excellence across all HR Core processes  - Interacts with senior internal and/or external personnel on significant human resource matters.  Key Performance Indicators :  Financial and Business Results :  - Cost control targets  - ROI for development and training resources for sales and marketing forces  Strategy/Market Focus:  - Delivery of agreed function staffing targets to meet business growth targets   Operational Excellence:  - Time to fill new roles  - Effectiveness of new or newly-staffed personnel  - Coordination of role development programs with CPO business and succession plans  People, Capabilities, and Management:  - Employee satisfaction and retention rates across key roles and segments   - Satisfaction of top employees with development programs and individual progress  - Talent pipeline objectives, including effective succession planning; employee selection, retention, and exportation targets  Job Dimensions :   Number of associates : 1 associate reporting  Financial responsibility : No direct budget accountability  Ideal Background  Education : University degree  Languages:   - English  - CPO country language  Experience:  - Significant (6-12 years) experience in HR at a large organization, and a clear record of leading HR processes that maximize employee hiring, retention, and satisfaction levels  - MBA in Human Resources/ specialization in HR from a premier institute desirable  - Thorough understanding of Pharma HR needs, especially with regard to marketing and sales roles  - High degree of results-orientation and ability to execute while multitasking  - Strong written and oral communication skills
