We are hiring for the profile of HR at one of the Leading sports brand.
BASIC FUNCTION: He/She will be responsible for all human resource activities for the Retail vertical of North region.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
The role reports to Manager HR
This role is an Individual Contributor
This role requires to work closely with Area Retail Manager, Regional retail Manager, Regional Training Manager & store teams
RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment
Responsible for all recruitments at store level of the assigned region
Maintain calendar for recruitment drives & campus drives
Shortlisting CVs from Naukri, linked in and other relevant job portals & cold calling for lining up interviews
Promote employee referral
Timely closure of all store positions
Maintain manpower budget and hire as per the budget
Quick TAT for closure of open positions
Salary negotiation & offer rollout
Joining Formalities & Induction
Documentation of all new joinees
Smooth onboarding as per laid out policies and procedures
Induction of new joinees
Employee Engagement
Execute engagement at store level as per the calendar launched by HO
Birthday celebrations & anniversary celebrations at store level
Regular One-One sessions with store employees
Organize Retail Outbound for regional teams every year
Organize EOSS parties at store level
Grievance handling
One point contact for all HR related issues/concerns of store staff
Reward & Recognition
Execute and Develop new reward and recognition initiatives for store staff
HR Operations
Responsible for releasing Appointments letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, experience letter, relieving letter, PIP letter etc. at store level
Maintain various MIS reports for the assigned regions such as Manpower tracker, Manpower cost tracker, Recruitment cost tracker, Employee master, Salary master, Leave MIS, Attendance master, Insurance Addition & deletions master etc.
Help employees with right interpretation of HR policies & SOPs
To support ARMs & ensure that the SOPs for House Keeping & Security Staff is adhered
Responsible for payroll of the region
Sending required reports to HO as per requirement
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS & ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- MS Office Skills
- Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations
- Ability to build personal credibility by demonstrating the organization's values
- Building trust with partners in the organization and proactively contributing to organizational success
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Post Graduate in HR/IR
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience as an HR generalist
