Qualification & Experience Required
Must be CA / ICWA/ CPA
Must have good experience in Trading and Retail industry.
Experience on Audit and Internal control
Must have hands on experience on MIS and Budgeting
Should have done fund raising and Banking relationship
Experience in Multi Company Group accounting is must.
Experience on Project financing & Working capital control
ERP experience is a plus.
Legal and commercial experience. International work experience would be a plus
Must have minimum 9 years- experience post education.
Job Profile
Finance Manager will be responsible for entire financial activities relating to group's operations. Providing Business & functional leadership and driving initiatives to streamline all finance functional constituents including - Accounts & Audit, Treasury, Statutory compliances, Budgeting & business planning, Taxation (Direct/ Indirect) matters, Legal/ Commercial negotiations etc.
Effectively manage Group MIS, Budgeting & Credit control across the group and streamlined the reporting system.
Contribute analytical review of key variables and report financial results on time.
Provide strategic inputs to facilitate all vital decisions of the group to retain confidence of stakeholders.
Ensure nil delinquency Receivables with effective credit management and reduced unsecured exposure.
Management of treasury / working capital operations within budgeted benchmarks.
Effective Risk management including successful conclusion of Insurance claims with nil delinquency.
Achieve significant cost control milestones every year with direct accretion to organization bottom line.
Successful conclusion of Direct /Indirect Tax appeal / scrutiny cases.
