Exp Level : 20 yrs to 30 yrs

Role & Responsibilities :

- Performing key role of validating business plans & Commercial Strategies

- Analysing Business performance a dKPI s against Plan / Forecast to meet organisation goals

- Finance Business partner in terms of evaluating commercial propositions

- Team of 30 - 50 members, handling multiple teams

- Financial Planning & Analysis

- Capital & Investment Management

- Accounting, Reporting and Financial Controlling

- Proficient in handling Internal Customers

- Preferably would have worked in shared service centre environment

- Should be process driven and process oriented

- Should be excellent in business performance and Matrix reporting
