Please do not apply if your are not open to night shifts.  Job Responsibilities:   - She/He will be responsible for all activities from employee engagement, driving talent management agenda, Retention, Career Planning & Mobility, promotions, performance management etc.   - Create understanding of culture and values to help decisions and actions of all employees and ensure strong relations with the company throughout their career life cycle.   - Communication of policies and practices to the employees for positive environment & addressing their needs & grievances through open house, new joinee meetings, etc.   - Ground level sensing of employee concerns/ behavior, red flag employees and report observations to the seniors.   - Involvement in the Performance Management System (goal setting to rating) and Leadership Potential Management System (360 degree to talent panels)   - Ensure timely closure of Employee life cycle HR processes (e.g. Recruitment, Performance Management, Progressions, Salary revisions etc).   - Ensuring right data management through accurate & timely maintenance/updation of the HRIS   - Good knowledge and appreciation of HR processes, policies and sub-systems.   - Ability to appreciate and understand business situations and challenges and provide required HR support within the organizational framework.   - Good communication skills, both oral and written.   - Customer service orientation.   - Ability to interact confidently with a diverse cross section of people.  - Facilitate the performance management & development process and facilitate Career Management.   - Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data and develop strategies to manage and reduce the attrition.   - Develop and implement an effective mentoring framework.   - Communication and implementation of HR policies and programs   - Provides guidance to management and employees of a unit, region on HR strategies, policies, and programs.   - Administers human resources programs, policies and procedures including but not limited to: employment, compensation, benefits, affirmative action, employee relations, engagement, workforce planning, succession planning, employee development, performance management, organizational development, HRIS, recruitment support and relocation.   - Counsels business leaders and staff on employee relations issues. Investigates, addresses and resolves conflicts and provides feedback on grievances, discipline and discrimination issues.   - Manages the termination process, analyzes separation data for trends and addresses identified issues.   - Designs and facilitates training on HR related topics.
