Senior Engineering Manager - eCommerce

Education : BE / B. Tech in Computer Science or related field from premier institutes with excellent academic record.

- Experience leading a team of software developers for an enterprise scale application. We are seeking an experienced software development manager with a background in developing, delivering and supporting software services that provide simple solutions for a broad set problems. - Act as an entrepreneur, taking ownership of your services and maximizing the value you provide to your customers.

- Lead a diverse team of SDEs and SDETs to achieve operation excellence of your services.

- Estimate, plan, and divide projects to deliver frequent value to production.

- Hire, mentor, and grow the engineering team.

- Manage day-to-day activities of engineering team using Agile/Scrum methodology.
