Sr Engagement Manager / Principal Consultant

Position: Senior Engagement Manager

Location: Mumbai, with international travel

Position: Senior EM position, with primary responsibility to manage client relationships, lead engagement delivery. Role includes with cross-sell responsibilities leveraging client relationship.

Experience: 8-10 years of management consulting experience. Specific experience in leading engagements / teams for projects in the financial services industry is a must.

Background: EM /SEM level person, from a management consulting firm. Experience in the area of Strategy & Financial Services and a good understanding of digital innovations, emerging fin-tech areas will be important. International experience will be a significant plus.

Key skills: Excellent communication skills, leadership skills, and client engagement skills are critical.

Industry: Understanding of financial services industry and/or Fintech. Needs to primarily be from a leading consulting firm with relevant international experience

Pedigree: Good academic pedigree is a must. MBA from Tier-1 school mandatory.

Other: Willingness to travel, and long-term career in consulting would be critical.
