Design, Development Implement L & D strategy :
- Drive the L &D agenda.
- Focus on three key areas
- Process / Skills training for all the business assets of team.
- Align with University on enterprise level initiatives, customize and deliver the program for team.
- Identify training needs for teams/ capability building requirements and work with the L & D COE team to develop and implement the same.
Prepare and manage L & D budget for team. :
- Design framework to measure effectiveness of learning and development interventions and implement the same.
Experience :
- Knowledge of L & D framework.
- Designed and Developed learning and development initiatives in large organization
- Core enterprise understanding to institutionalize learning and development programs.
- Ability to get buy in from business for learning and development projects.
Skills :
