Position: Senior Director Retirement Services-BPO

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: MBA from a premier institute (preferred)

Experience - 10+ years

Our Client is one of the largest providers of asset management services, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, Benefits outsourcing and many other financial products.


Job Description -

- Developing and leading the retirement services strategy and tactical aspects of the process

- Overseeing the day –to-day Management and growth of the plan

- Managing relation with all vendors and third parties

- Managing quality and change management programs


Candidate Profile -

- Candidate with at least 10+ years of experience in Retirement Benefits

- A proven track record of success in client services, compliance, operations, Sales & marketing, product Development and team leadership.

- The ability to partner with multiple and diverse internal and external clients to build a business

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to assess talent
