Sr Credit Analyst - Agriculture - VC/PE Fund  Responsibilities :  - Active contribution to the growth of the current Asia Pacific agriculture portfolio by building and developing a strong eligible pipeline of investment opportunities in the local markets  - Leading the full investment cycle including origination, due diligence and credit risk assessments of existing and/or potential counter-parties and portfolio monitoring  - Negotiate terms and conditions with clients in line with responsibility's managed funds risk/return expectations and responsibility for the quality of the portfolio through thorough deal execution and monitoring  - Cooperation with credit risk management, investment committee, transaction management and external service providers to implement transactions  - Representing the company at conferences, seminars and other relevant events in the region as required
