Senior Consultant - Presales - Security

Job Description

Understand the market dynamics early and identifying the directions.

Identify, conceptualize, innovate services ‘required’ by the market or that can be ‘sold’ to the market.

Create GTM strategy (direct and partners) and create pricing models.

Work with delivery team to establish delivery strategy.

Pre-Sales

Working with the sales teams to create GTM strategy for various services.

Supporting the sales team deliver the GTM in whatever way possible

Engaging with customer decision makers, convincing them and selling the solution.

Support the sales team to achieve the revenue/booking targets

Attending presales calls,

Response to RFPs,

Engineering solutions (proposals), creating presentations, estimating effort, designing service delivery & staffing models, etc.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in architecting information security solutions, creating security strategy, security programs and managing information security management systems

Experience in understanding client’s business environment, ‘pulse’, designing “fit for purpose” information security solutions and convincing the customer of its merits.

Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills are mandatory.

Ability to understand client security requirements and conceptualize / design security controls to ensure the cost of protection is commensurate with the value at risk

Ability to suggest appropriate technical security solutions for mitigating controls like DLP/ DRM/ Cloud security solutions/ encryption etc.

Knowledge and implementation/ consulting experience in managing risk and compliance like PCI DSS, Privacy, SOX IT GC etc.

Experience in delivering large projects with multi-skilled and multi-location team.

Experience in managing projects and ensuring quality deliverables for large clients.

Experience in working with various IS risk management models and ability to perform IS risk modelling, its implementation and management

Minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementation of ISMS and/or BCMS and/or PCI DSS in a complex, multi-location environment

Minimum of 2 Security audits and/or ITGC assessments and/or PCI DSS assessments and/or 3rd party vendor risk assessments.

Knowledge about IT GRC tool like Archer, Modulo etc. Is preferred.

Knowledge of industry trends and directions is preferred.

Functional experience: 4-7 years of full time.

Bachelor Degree minimum, MBA preferred.

Preferred Certifications – CISSP/CISA/CISM/CRISC/CEGIT/PMP
