We are looking to hire a resource (senior consultant / manager level) dedicated for our whistle-blowing solution. He / she will be expected to lead marketing and also execute engagements (basically client facing work). Can be based in Mumbai or Pune.   Job Profile :  Marketing : Identifying leads for whistle-blowing solution through various sources - talking to managers up within FIDS, other service lines, cold calling, etc It will also involve things like updating brochure, carrying out surveys, creating client proposals, client presentations, etc  Execution : Executing engagements on whistle-blowing. This will involve drafting policies, response plan, preparing training content, training delivery, co-ordinating with third party   Operation : Comply with internal risk management process, engagement code creation, billing, etc  - Profile will involve travel, based on client or internal company needs  - May have to contribute to other FIDS solutions as well
