Designation : Senior Consultant - IT risk advisory  No. of Vacancies: 1  Joining Date/Month : Within 0-60 days  Position Reporting to : Practice Lead  Work Location : Gurgaon  Essential Duties :  Work in the Risk Advisory Services includes work such as the following :  - Identifying internal IT controls, assessing their design and operational effectiveness, determining risk exposures and developing remediation plans  - Determine technical and business impact of identified security and control issues and provide remediation guidance to engagement teams  - Reviewing, documenting, evaluating and testing application controls, particularly automated controls on a wide range of software application packages for financial reporting  - Assisting financial audit and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance teams in the identification of control objectives and the design of control procedures to address those objectives  - Communicating findings and recommendations to engagement teams  Job Related Qualifications :  Education :  - Bachelor's or Master's in commerce, IT, computer science, information system and information security  Certification : CISA, CISSP, CA/CPA, CISM and CIPP  Experience :  - 4 to 5 years of IT Audit, IT Security, Information Risk Management, IT Governance or other IT Compliance related work. Prior responsibilities should include performing IT risk assessments and controls reviews and recommending, designing and advising on applicable IT controls  Technical Skills :  - Expertise in IT internal controls and their applicability with regards to financial reporting and information systems support processes  - Good understanding of relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., SSAE 16/SOC, FFIEC, SOX, COSO, COBIT, ITIL, ISO27001, PCI, HIPAA and GLBA) and best practices and methodologies to address these requirements. Ability to apply these requirements to organizational internal control frameworks.  - Technically knowledgeable in cross-platform system security - particularly with regards to operating systems, databases, networking and transactional processing environments  - Proficiency with a variety of operating systems including Windows, OS400, UNIX and LINUX  - Proficiency with commercial and open source database management systems (MS-SQL, MySQL and Oracle)  - Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, JDE and MS Dynamics  - Internal Audit, Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR/ICFR), SOX testing, Financial control testing, SSAE 16, SOC1, SOC2, ISAE 3402, Regulatory Compliance, COSO, COBIT and ITGC  - Good analytical skills and knowledge of internal controls or external controls testing  Communication : Excellent written and verbal communications skills  Desired Skills :  - Strong time management, organizational skills and the ability to meet strict time/budget guidelines  - Great attitude and strong work ethic  Team-oriented skills : As a team member, your role is to supervise cross-functional team members work papers, work activities, and ensure quality of engagement files to support firm's quality standards  Connect with Pushpanjali at 9886952089
