Company : One of the Leading Consulting Firm  Job Responsibility :  - Implementing effective Performance Management targets and initiatives.  - Establishing relationships with Senior Project Managers providing clear metrics to show a balanced view of performance throughout.  - Creating awareness of the Balanced Scorecard process through communication and trainings.  - Monitoring the effectiveness of the Balanced Scorecard process and give recommendations.  - Review performance levels against defined targets.  - Prepare reports on actual performance at both the individual level and project level.  - Analyse cases of low performance to identify the cause and forecast future output.  - MBA from premier institutes with experience of 3-5 years (Academics : X & XII - 80% and above, Grad - 70%, B-School - CGPA 3/4 and 8/10 - can relax these a bit if the candidate is good)  - With at least 2 years of consulting experience   - Fluent in Arabic - speak, read & write  - Preferable Balanced Score Card experience
