Designation : Sr. Consultant   Location : Bangalore (Full-Time)  Job Description :  You will be responsible for handling the end to end process of recruitment with multiple clients along with a team of people. Some of the key activities that you will be doing are:  - Draw search plans for client requisitions to build a candidate pipelines   - Build and strengthen client relationships to be able to streamline and improve service delivery   - Manage candidate pool effectively to increase utility rate across multiple customers   - Build market intelligence on specific industry verticals to assist sourcing and client advisory activities   - Manage a team of consultants to ensure on-time deliverable and customer delight   - Ensure overall productivity and efficiency within the team   - Engage Sr. candidates for strategically positioning job opportunities and client organizations   - Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers   - Take ownership for the end-to-end recruitment life cycle   Experience:  - Should have 3-6 years of experience in recruitment in corporate or consulting firms.  - Should have experience in Service Delivery Management, Candidate Management, Market Mapping, etc.   - Should have expertise in recruitment of professionals in specific domains like Non-IT (engineering, manufacturing, infrastructure, pharma, healthcare etc)  Skills Required :  - Excellent knowledge of the Recruitment industry  - Ability plan delivery spanning multiple clients   - Excellent ability to connect and interface with professionals   - Ability to build and manage high-performance teams (Mentoring, goal Orientation, Training, etc.)   - Ability to independently interface with clients and manage transactions   - Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills.  - Highly energetic and motivated individual
