Senior Consultant - eGovernance (3-6 yrs)

Location : Delhi/NCR

Recruiting on behalf of a client.

- PMO/PMU profiles in consulting

Certified : PMP, Price

- Should have command/experience over at least 2 E-governance domain like setting up security system /CCTV- in police department, CCTV Surveillance, electronic Access control, UVSS, ANPR, design of Command& Control Centre/ applications such as VMS (Video management system) etc, Technical solution design

- Familiarity with Safe City, Smart City and other large Security & Surveillance system projects.

- Sound Knowledge of Physical Security & Surveillance Systems.

- Good Presentation and communication skills a must

- G&PS (Consulting profiles) hence consulting norms should be checked and no concession on communication skills as these roles will be for international projects.

- Understanding/ experience of DPR & RFPs preparation.Government & Public sector RFP/ Tendering process experience

- Should be B.Tech and MBA from Tier1 college with at least 5-9 Years of total experience

- Should have at least 3 years of strong IT experience in the Government/public services industry.

- Work experience in Transformation planning, Technology planning, Change management.

- Have understanding/exposure to National eGov Plan (NeGP) and project components like DPR preparation, RFP preparation, Bid Management, Contract Management, Vendor Monitoring, BPR,SeMT, PMU projects

- Experience of working with Senior government officials & have been in client facing roles and handled project management.

- Excellent document writing skills with exposure to eGov pre sales activties
