Responsibilities:  1. Lead a team of operations managers and CEM consultants. In addition, work seamlessly with other departments in the organization.  2. Design, plan and implement CEM solutions for clients.  3. Complete accountability for ongoing and new managing client relationships.  4. Understanding client needs and pain points with respect to CEM and suggesting appropriate solutions.  5. Delivering solutions as per committed deadline.  6. Increasing lifetime value of the client by enabling them to use CEM in different parts of their business.  7. Enabling clients to derive value from the product by showcasing its benefits, especially in insight generation.  Desired Skills & Experience:  1. Experienced and comfortable in working in client facing roles.  2. Possesses strong analytical / logical thinking skills  3. Should have played project and team management roles.  4. Hands on Experience in CEM, CRM or market research roles can be an added advantage.  Behavioral Competence:  1.
