Senior Consultant/Consultant - Engineering Services - Telecom

Role responsibilities :

- This is a critical position responsible for expanding the portfolio in the Engineering Services space. The key roles and responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate with the leadership team to expand the business portfolio, participate in pre-sales and sales effort.

- Responsible for delivering engagements pertaining to consulting, sourcing strategy formulation, optimization, efficiency improvements etc. in the area of engineering services.

- Work with the the leadership to introduce new service offerings and work with global teams to create and enhance IP for Engineering services offering.

- Act as a thought leader and responsible for anchoring white paper and articulating the company point of view in ESO space.

- Work with the consulting team and support client advisory and outsourcing advisory engagements as necessary.

- Engage and liaise with ES service provider community on a regular basis and identify opportunities for collaboration.

- Lead, manage, mentor and grow the ES team out of the India office.

Candidate Profile and experience :

- The candidate should have Engineering and/or MBA degree from a reputed institution with 5 to 12 years of relevant experience in engineering / related organizations that are providing engineering services, in Telecom.

- Experience with outsourcing advisory/consulting/presales and bid management experience will be an added advantage

- The candidate should have hands-on understanding of ES industry, industry pain areas and operational metrics and engineering captive operations.

- A self-starter and initiative taker. The candidate is expected to drive the growth and should have the ability to influence stakeholders.

- Consulting orientation with a strong ability to excel in an unstructured environment.
