Achieving the planning and ensuring the proper execution for self and team

Sourcing, screening and evalution of candidates for middle & senior management

Utilising various platform for sourcing

Quality management for team's work done

Salary negotiation for candidates

Ensuring team and personal assignment are delivered on time with proper quality

Team Analysis on shortlisting ratio, Interview ratio, success ratio

Problem solving for team

CLIENT MANAGEMENT:

Ensuring repeated business flow from existing clients

New Business development: either directly or assitsing Senior management for lead generation

Building rapport with clients

Constant communication with clients

Payment follow-ups

TEAM MANAGEMENT:

Build internal team

Train the team and ensure team targets are met

OTHERS:

Data mining and analysis

Keeping updated on recent development on various location and recruitment industry

Adherence to Datum' processes

HR Software updation on a daily basis

Social Media feeds

Key Skills: The candidates should have past experience working with a RECRUITMENT INDUSTRY or in ANY SERVICE BASED INDUSTRY

Team Management experience

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Self motivated

Good in Social media platforms

Should be good in DATA MINING AND ANALYSIS

Should have been to various places either in India or abroad
