- Lead the labor and employment function for the legal group.
- Develop business-focused solutions to labor and employment issues that mitigate risk for the Organization.
- Advise human resources, management and executives on labor and employment matters.
- Handle or closely oversee labor negotiations.
- Draft employment, separation and other contractual agreements.
- Closely manage outside counsel on federal and state litigation as well as position statements and other administrative filings.
- Manage labor and employment issues in acquisitions and reductions in force.
- Develop and draft corporate policies.
- Handle employment law-related audits.
- Manage labor and employment legal budget.
