Responsibility

- Gathering and Eliciting customer requirements; translating and Requirements analysis; Requirements management and communication.

- Defines and documents customer business functions and processes in the form of Use Case or User Stories.

- Acts as a liaison between product owners, technical analysts and testers in the analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of the product/application to ensure optimal operational performance.

- Analyses the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the users.

- Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality.

- Provides technical assistance in training, mentoring, and coaching professional and technical staff.

- Identifies opportunities for improving business processes ; assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.
