Senior Business Analyst/Business Analyst - Payments/Cards

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst / Business Analyst profiles with vast experience in Payments and Cards (Credit/Debit & prepaid Cards) Domain for Noida location. The candidate should have good functional understanding of the Complete Card's Life Cycle. The candidate should have a good understanding of new trends and regulations in the cards areas such as UDAP, PCI DSS, SEPA cards etc.

Key Responsibilities

1. Must have worked on projects in the cards domain as a business or senior business analyst for requirements gathering, documentation, writing functional specification,

2. Must have acted as liaison / coordinator between the client and implementation teams at onsite and offshore.

3. Provide domain support to the project and ensure implementation is according to client requirements and specifications;

4. Support testing teams in UAT, prepare test scenarios and test scripts, test review and executre test cases;

5. Should have good communication skills and be able to quickly assimilate client information;

6. Work in close coordination with pre-sales team in responding to RFI's and RFP's in the cards area and create presentations and other collaterals around cards

7. Working knowledge on modern development methodologies like agile (scrum) will be an added advantage

Competencies

a. 4-10 years- experience in requirements gathering, analysis, writing functional specifications and documentation

b. Strong Domain experience in Cards and should have hands on experience of working on the Cards Projects.

c. Proficient in UML and capable of developing business requirements, use cases, work flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, ER diagrams and can create user acceptance testing cases/plans

d. Must have hands on experience on tools like Microsoft Visio, Jira, Confluence and Sharepoint.

e. Experience on working with one of the leading cards products like TS2, Vision Plus, Base 24, Connex Switch etc will have an advantage.

f. Worked with any of the leading cards processors like MasterCard, Visa, American Express as a Sr. business / business analyst.

Must: Immediate Joiners or candidates with notice period with one month notice only will be given preference.

Candidates should primarily be offered position in Noida location however should be flexible to travel onsite or other locations like Bengaluru/Pune/Chennai.
