About our Client: Our client is a India's leading FMCG with a wide range of known brands. They have grown significantly over the years with a sound presence within the Indian market. The working culture is employee friendly with various opportunities to grow within the organization. They are looking for a Senior brand manager to pilot their flagship brand in India.
Job Description : Reporting to the Category Head, you will be responsible for :
- Managing the P&L and developing the future brand strategy.
- Liaising with marketing agencies to deliver key brand campaigns.
- Leading complex projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Working with category team to explore NPD.
- Sharing best practice with the wider marketing team.
The Successful Candidate:
- You will be a 2006-2007 batch passout from a Premier B school with at least 8 years of experience within the FMCG sector.
- You should have minimum 2 years of sales and atleast 3 years of brand marketing experience. An ideal candidate will be someone who has had exposure to the personal care category.
- You should have excellent communication skills and have the ability of manage multiple projects in order to contribute to the company's growth aspiration.
