Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

Experience: 10-15 years

Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate from recognized institutions and B School, preferably with good academics.

Our It Client is a fast growing Swiss based IT solution provider based out of Vevey, Switzerland. they collaborate with there clients to understand their business, support their business with our IT solutions and play key role in further enhancing the business through our solutions and competencies. they believe in establishing strong, long term and successful relationship based partnerships with our clients.

JOB Qualifications:

- He/She should have 10 years of experience in IT sales - Services and Solutions. Experience of IT product sales would be an added advantage.

- He/She should have a solid educational qualifications, high motivation, charisma and good interpersonal skills.

- He/She should be highly service-oriented i.e. understand and deliver on the expectations of prospects/customers.

- Should have a good Experience and contacts which help us to reach out to the market and get quick results. We offer a good work-life balance where working conditions are flexible and employee autonomy is high. Your salary would include a fixed amount and a variable one linked to both your own performance and the company's.

Roles & Responsibilities.

- Developing our business in India, Switzerland and Europe.

- Managing all stages of the sales process from initial contact to signature

- Developing a strong, trusting relationship with customers in order to increase our market share

- Expanding our business with existing customers

- Providing sales forecasts and structured reporting

- Leading the creation, development and monitoring of initiatives to generate revenue and profitability

- Preparing proposals and submitting them to the customers

- Working closely with offshore and local teams to propose solutions to the customers

Your profile should include:

- High-level sales and/or marketing qualifications. Technical qualifications, especially IT-related, would be an added advantage.

- Proven experience of 10 years in software sales and other IT services

- Very clear understanding of outsourcing and offshoring

- High motivation and good interpersonal skills

- Experience of a global delivery model

Both as team player and an individual should be:

- Friendly and energetic

- A strong leader and able decision maker

- A keen spotter and closer of sales opportunities

- An impactful communicator and negotiator.

- Structured and accurate.
