Senior Associate-US Healthcare Advisory with Provider Background Consulting-Big4

Client : Service Delivery Center of one of the leading - Big Four - consulting firms based out of Bangalore.

Role Title : Senior Associate in Health Industries Advisory

Role Summary :

- The incumbent will work with the client and project teams to support global engagements from India in Health Industries Advisory, driving strategic and operational initiatives, innovative solutions, measuring results meets the desired targets.

Must haves :

- Provider background in US health care and revenue cycle management consulting experience

- Good working knowledge of Excel & Access Spreadsheet.

- Travel to client location will be required.

Job Responsibilities :

- Understanding client issues and problems, develop hypotheses, and do analysis to support the hypotheses

- Developing insights by manipulating and interpreting large volumes of data using advanced data analytics

- Drafting presentations of analytical findings

- Working with designated team leaders to build firm-wide competencies and methodologies

Experience & Knowledge Preferred :

- 4-6 years in US Healthcare with Provider Background and Life Sciences consulting.

- Cost reduction, provider operations, revenue cycle management, operational performance improvement including labor and productivity assessments, supply chain management and process mapping

Skills Preferred :

Proven success in supporting large teams through :

- Strong business and global acumen by bringing business knowledge, innovation, and a global, cross-cultural mindset

- Microsoft Office Suite of tools (Excel & Access Spreadsheet, SQL will be added advantage)

- Quantitative and qualitative benchmarking; and primary and secondary analyses of large data.

- Leading project work streams and working autonomously
