Scope:
- Providing advanced analytics consultancy and support to all primary research projects as applicable
- Secondary analytics work involving data modeling as needed on an Adhoc basis
- These could involve engagements like segmentation, driver analyses, perceptual mapping, causal path analyses of consumer opinions/behavior, patient card designs and share simulations, CBC design, analyses and share simulations, cross/up-sell modeling, market basket analyses, TURF or anything else as required given the context of engagement on hand
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with internal or external clients, understanding the requirements and provide solutions that may be through a regular methodology or through a purely new and innovative approach
- Deliver outputs that are flawless and well presentable to the end client, where applicable
- Be able to manage timelines which at times may be very tight
Must have skills
- Adequate to solid knowledge of Statistics
- High adeptness with tools like R, SPSS, Excel, Tableau
- High on - analytical aptitude- ability to imagine, hypothesize, connect-dots, innovate, think through, eye for detail
- Ability to learn new concepts and methods
- Good power point skills
- Familiarity with market research and quantitative research methods
- 2+ years of experience in doing similar work
- A good UG/PG course from a reputed institute in statistics/econometrics/management/other quantitative fields
- Ability to work hard and long as and when required
- Right attitude and a good team player
