Innovation consulting firm seeks talented individuals with background in F&B / FMCG for Senior Associate/Manager level positions.   We are looking for individuals with background in :  - Supply chain (procurement, distribution)   OR  - Marketing and sales   You should have expertise in one area and familiarity with the other. You will leverage this to work on cutting-edge topics related to growth and innovation. The key to success will be a combination of what you know and what you are willing to learn.  Your work will involve :   - Learning frameworks, techniques and methodologies in innovation strategy   - Using your domain knowledge to leverage these frameworks in various areas of the supply chain function  - Working in tandem with experienced innovation team to create new business solutions   Desired attributes (Non-negotiable) :   - Ability to blend past experience with willingness to learn  - Self-starter, will not wait to be told what to do   - Willingness to travel (up to 5 days/week)   - Ability to work against stiff deadlines, whether in/out of a traditional office setting   - Positive mindset, will think in terms of possibilities, not limitations   - Excellent communication skills - can present in a boardroom when called upon   Looking for candidates in NCR or Bangalore (or willing to relocate there).
