Senior Associate - Legal - LLB/LLM - NBFC

Hiring for a growing NBFC

Designation : Sr. Associate - Legal

Location : Delhi

Reporting to: Legal Head

Required candidates from drafting only, litigation experience not required.

Job Requirements:

Minimum experience of 7-8 years in legal industry(preferably in corporate legal/corporate law) in the following areas:

- The candidate must have excellent drafting skills and good command over English.

- Expert in Drafting and vetting of Agreements, MoUs, Joint Venture Agreements, Property Documents.

- Experience in M&A, IPR and other corporate and legal activities.

- Experience in drafting and vetting of deed of hypothecation or loan agreements or guarantees or counter guarantees or any other legal documents, etc.

- Coordination with the lawyers of the company, preparation of case papers.

- Good Knowledge of section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, recovery proceedings, activities under SARFAESI Act.

- Good knowledge of Companies Act, Listing Regulations, FEMA, Transfer of Property Act, Stamp Act, Registration Act, etc.

- Excellent analytical skills so as to analyze and opine on various statutory provisions.

- Candidate from a reputed law firm/ banking industry having hands on the above shall be preferred

Education : Graduation/Post Graduation(Law) from a reputed law university.
