Location : Green Park (Delhi)   - A reputed Law firm is looking for a Senior Associate with an experience of minimum 6 years.   - Candidate needs to bring the benefit of legal knowledge and commercial acumen and experience to handle clients.   - Candidate's experience to encompasses advising MNCs and large conglomerates on legal issues relating to FEMA, Company Law, M&A, Commercial Contracts, NBFC, SEBI Takeover regulation, Capital Markets and Secretarial compliances.  - Candidate should be able to advise clients right from structuring of the transactions, to leading the due diligence process.   - He/ She should be able to get actively involved in drafting and negotiating bespoke commercial contracts.   - He /She would be expected to offer legal opinions on matters related to FEMA to companies based in India and abroad.   CORE EXPERTISE :   - General Corporate & Commercial  - Mergers & Acquisitions   - Private Equity   - Joint Ventures  - Employment Laws  EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :  - LLB from a reputed law school.  - CS degree will be additional advantage.
