The Corporate Security organization is responsible for the oversight and coordination of security efforts across the company, including information technology, human resources, communications, legal, facilities management and other groups, and is responsible for identifying security initiatives and standards. Corporate Security drives security compliance and serves as the key organization responsible with helping the business appropriately manage security risks.

Position Description:

IT MNC requires a senior associate to play a key role in executing the Governance Risk and compliance Program. The Senior Associate, Global Corporate Security will work on implementation of GRC framework and operating model. The Individual will execute on programs, drive enhancements and strategic initiatives, and track projects.

- Involved in maintaining and improving security awareness programs

- Identifying gaps in current awareness programs and developing metrics to track success of awareness programs

- Developing, implementation and improving of Risk Assessment Framework

- Help in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Security policies across IT MNC

- Develop and maintain security metrics dashboards to help senior management take decisions

- Contribute to Corporate Security thought leadership in the Governance, Risk and Compliance space

- Serves as key player in the implementation of the Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program across IT MNC

- Understand and assist in achieving service objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Improve the content, quality, and timing of Security governance, risk and compliance analysis and reporting.

Qualifications:

- The candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field

- 6+ Years of experience with a thorough understanding of Information Security Principles and practices

- Proficiency and experience using GRC Tools

- Ability to create professional presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

- Project management skills with an ability to achieve results

- Be familiar with current good security practices gleaned from sources such as ISO and NIST plus applicable laws and regulations

- Be a people's person delivering information security awareness, ideally with experience of developing the creative materials used
