Job profile:  The candidate would be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely provision of financial and management information for senior management under a rapidly changing and challenging environment. He would also be responsible for providing meaningful and value added reporting to suit business needs and create transparency in recharges and allocations. The incumbent would work closely with his/her counterparts and business heads/managers across geographies. This role deals with access to highly confidential information.  Responsibilities:  - In-depth analysis of technology cost base - including cost-benefit analysis, developing regular reporting for senior management to track area cost & variances and meet enhanced financial reporting needs for the business.  - Managing financial analysis of areas including month-end accruals and forecasts.  - Producing detailed monthly Management packs.  - Costs allocation model for technology costs including under/over recovery analysis.  - Managing business recharges to other areas.  - Providing various ad hoc analyses to the business under challenging time frames.  - Identifying, designing and enabling process improvement initiatives for increased efficiency.  - Ad hoc reporting and project work as required  Experience and Qualifications:  - Qualified CA or MBA finance with at least 1 years (PQE) of relevant work experience in financial planning analysis and accounting preferable from Financial services.  - Good knowledge of Microsoft office - Excel, PowerPoint and Word.  - Knowledge of ERP - Hyperion/ JD Edwards would be an added advantage.  - Good communication skills, written & verbal.
