We are hiring Non-Food FMCG (MNC Co.) in Gurgaon Location.  Function :Finance  Department :Finance  Location : Corporate Office, Gurgaon  Job Position Senior Analyst- Statutory & Accounting  Responsibility:   - Working on for timely and error free completion of Statutory, Tax & Cost Audit.  - Providing assistance for ensuring effective Internal controls including monitoring of the Internal Audit, Compliance with Policies & Guidelines.   - Providing assistance on Framing, Reviewing & Revising Policies & Guidelines  - Working on compliance with the New Companies Act  - Working on Service Tax Compliance and assisting Plants on Excise Compliance  - Working on the Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation & Review  - Working on the Monthly & Year-end Closings  - Working with the stakeholders on the complete Fixed Assets governance Process  - Working on the General Accounting   - Would be engaged on Projects including GST implementation and others  Key deliverable - Timely & error free completion of Audits  - Effective Internal Controls  - Compliance with Direct & Indirect Tax compliances  - Ensuring accurate & timely Closings & Reportings  - General Accounting  Internal Relations - Provide support to Operations  - Provide support to Manufacturing Finance  External Relations - External Auditors  - External Vendors  Authority suggested -   Experience & Qualifications Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of experience  Technical Skills  (e.g. Computer, Product, Knowledge) - Proficient in Excel   - SAP exposure to AP, GL & FA module will be preferred  Behavioral Skills (e.g. Leadership & Delegations, Customer Orientation, Goal & Result Orientation)   - Good communication and interpersonal & business skills  - Analytical Skills  - Speed and delivery as per commitment  - Ability to foresee future requirements keeping in mind the changing organization needs  - Ability to do multi tasks and be comfortable with some ambiguity  Kritika
