Overall Job Purpose :
Responsible for Marketing Analytics for retail banking portfolio, both Assets & Liabilities building extensive portfolio MI/ dashboard, customer segmentation & profiling, production of monitoring MI, campaign list creation and performance analysis, evaluating conversion, automation of process to bring efficiency.
Key Accountabilities :
Performance Evaluation MI (70%)
- Help ensure regular delivery of standardized MI packs to agreed stakeholders.
- Reduce duplication of effort by ensuring MI is both automated and consistent.
- Development of new MI suites as required.
- Production of regular performance monitoring across all marketing campaigns.
- Performance monitoring of models / scorecards.
- Identification of enhancements within agreed parameters to optimize performance.
- Provide accurate and timely production of MI and data extracts in response to work requests from key stakeholders.
- Interaction with the stakeholders to ensure that the data/MI produced meets their requirements.
Improving Internal Processes/ Quality (20%) :
- Identify new opportunities for enhancing/ streamlining service
- Formulate opportunities into proposals and implement
- Initiatives to improve and automate processes to minimize errors and reduce effort
Analytics (10%) :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive cross sell, retention and growth strategy for existing customers, both for assets & liabilities
- Value added offers and services to customers to improve customer engagement
Preferred :
Hands on experience in SAS, SQL, VBA with relevant experience in analytical consulting industry.
