Experience: CA with 2-4 years of post articleship experience or MBA - Finance with 3-6 years of experience

Department: Sarbanes Oxley

- The Sarbanes Oxley Department is responsible for overseeing Ocwen's Sarbanes Oxley program at the direction of the Audit Committee.

- The program is established to ensure that Ocwen has an effective internal controls structure over financial reporting and these controls are properly designed and operating effectively. The position reports to Manager - Sarbanes Oxley.

Key Result Areas:

- Identify any internal control weaknesses in processes and recommend and implement changes to strengthen internal controls.

- Timely completion of SOX Cycles

- Quality deliverables
