PeopleSoft Functional Senior Analyst/ Astt. Manager  The Client is seeking a PeopleSoft Functional Senior Analyst/ Astt. Manager to leverage and expand the use of PeopleSoft Asset Management module for the Finance community in the org. In addition to what is described below, candidate must also be highly collaborative, independent, solutions-oriented, and client-focused, possess strong communication (written and verbal) skills and have the analytical skills to provide analysis and reporting to Management.   Shift Timings: 6 PM to 3 AM (EST Support Mandatory)  Holidays: Candidate applying for this job needs to follow US Holiday Calendar and Job requires working on Indian Holidays.  Job Responsibilities  Functional support of PeopleSoft v 9.1 Asset Management module  - PeopleSoft AM Monthly Close procedures  - Journal Entries  - Reconciliations  - Support Asset Management Group on all reporting provided to Controller's Group including external audit requests, 10Q/K, SOX, Tax, balance sheet reconciliations and analytic analysis   - Asset Management Configuration and Processing  - P/S Query   - Ability to review and analyze information and present to Management  - Problem Solver - ability to troubleshoot complex issues  - Provide End user Training  - Ensure the timely, accurate and complete recognition of financial transactions in the Asset Management system including preparation of journal entries, updating financial models, and investigating and reporting journal issues  - Special projects for VP Assistant Controller & VP Finance  Requirements  - 5-8 years (Sr. Analyst) & 8-14 years (Astt. Manager) of functional experience and knowledge of PeopleSoft Asset Management 8.8 or higher   - Understanding of General Accounting Practices and Controls  - Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of personnel and management  - Excellent analytical skills, comfort with financial details as well as big picture issues  - Self-motivator - able to work under strict time frame with minimal supervision  - Proficient in using Microsoft Excel 2010 - Complex Macros, Pivot Tables, Complex Formulas  - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, MBA or relevant experience  Candidates with relevant exp. please connect on +91-9701014165 (Mon-Fri 10:00 am - 5pm)
