Senior Accounts Manager

Desired Job Profile:

- Should be a CA (cleared)

- 3-5 years of experience in Trading /Retail organization.

- Handling finalization of Accounts

- Knowledge of all Compliances under the Co's act, VAT, Service Tax and Income Tax

- Exposure on working capital management and arrangement of the same from Banks and financial institutions.

- Should be able to generate various MIS reports

Job Description :

- Manage the accounting, legal, tax,

- Responsible for financial accounting of all transactions and activities culminating in financial impact.

- Also responsible for the year end statutory audit and tax audit of the unit books.

- Responsible for management accounting

- Responsible for maintenance of company legal and regulatory requirements

- Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies

- Coordinating with the Auditors, Service Tax & Income Tax authority.

- Maintain the Bank Reconciliation's for all the bank accounts

- Makes employee related and other statutory payments, excise, sales tax, taxes deducted at source etc.

- Ensures making all operation and administrative payments and provides necessary accruals and reversals thereof for monthly accounting and reports

- Preparation of Daily Fund flow and Fund Management

- Preparation of Monthly Profit & Loss A/c and Balance Sheet. Finalization of Accounts.

- Preparing Computation of Income and Tax Audit Report

- Handling Income Tax Assessment & Coordinating with Income Tax Authorities.

- Reviewing Payments and booking of Expenses.

- Reviewing Vendor Reconciliation (Getting Vendor reconciliation done from Team members)

- Bank reconciliation, Banking.

- Preparation of Inter-company Reconciliation.

- Keeping track of Receivables and Coordinating with Debtors.

- Handling Site Expenses & Service Income.

- Reviewing TDS Calculation & Returns.

- Coordinating for TALLY implementation.

- Accounting of Day to Day transaction of All Group Companies including calculation of Depreciation, Prepaid Expenses, Sales Invoice Booking
