Sr. Account Manager contributes to our success by effectively managing existing clients, building deeper, more strategic relationships with them and acquiring new customers, resulting in faster growth, longer relationships, and increased utilization of our solutions.  - Build strong relationships through regular contact with clients :  Face to face meetings, telephone and email communication. You will be required to spend 50% of your time in face to face meeting clients.  - You will effectively interact with other departments including the sales team when handling Marketing/Sales Campaign  - Project managing campaigns, developing timetables and setting deadlines for clients  - Producing weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports to each client and establish individual requirements  - Ensure account plans for each client are updated ongoing with all current and relevant information concerning the client  - Actively seeking to increase the services offered to your clients and increase the revenue generated in conjunction with the cross-sell and up-sell scheme to targets
