One of client a Leading NBFC looking for Secured Sales manager for chennai Location.

Role : Secured Sales Manager- SME Lending

Reporting into : Location Sales Head

Skill requirement:

- Manage a team of Relationship Managers and drive them to achieve the product business volumes

- Manage key channel partner relationships

- Meet key prospects on regular basis with an objective to generate new business

- Formulate Sales and RM productivity plan

- Ensure a healthy credit quality of the portfolio

Functional Competencies:

- Good understanding of the SME lending market in both secured and unsecured loans

Organisational competencies:

- Execution focussed

- Good at managing relationships, Problem Solving, Conflict Management

Education:

- MBA in Marketing/ Finance from Tier I / II college

- Outstanding academic record

Experience: 6-8 years
