- To Assist and provide strong HR and Administrative support to Unit HR for smooth execution of HR and IR policies, processes at K1 for timely and effective utilization.
- To ensure implementation and follow up of Talent Review process, ensuring timely completion of PMS
- To ensure implementation of Employee Connect calendar, taking feedback, making action plan
- Responsible for effective implementation of TQM, 5S, IMS Systems of the department
- To prepare various MIS
- The role is also responsible to coordinate with plant people to maintain Harmonious Employee relations.
To assist and provide Strong HR and Administrative support :
- To communicate HR Policies and review for its implementation.
- Planning, coordinating and conducting Talent Review meetings, preparing the notes, follow ups of Action plans
- Support HODs, section head to update the JDs if required
- Coordinate with Plant People, understand the grievances if any, make an action plan to resolve the same.
- To assist and support the team in continual improvements into IMS, working within IMS domain only.
- To review the CAPEX, PR and Budget on monthly basis
- To assist and support for Preparation of HR and ADMN Budget
Implementation and Review of Talent Review Process, PMS Systems, Talent Acquisition :
- Planning, Coordinating and conducting Talent Review meetings, preparing the notes, follow ups of Action plans
- Recruitment and Selection, Talent Acquisition, development and Retention
- To prepare and implement Induction plan for new employees
- Learning, Education & Training plans for employees
Employee Connect / Bonding :
- Preparing the Yearly planner for employee connect and bonding activities
- Coordination with all departments for implementation of all HR initiatives
- Review mechanism to get the feedback and to make the action plan for further improvements
- Preparing MIS, forwarding the details to corp communication for Publication
- To co-ordinate with Reach Out team for K1 Inputs
Improving Infrastructure and Administration Services at Plant, Liaison
- Continual up gradation of Physical Infrastructure, administrative support services
- Making optimum utilization of the resources, for continual enhancement of the Productivity.
- Handling/Resolving community issues as and when they arise.
- Establishment of Benchmark security systems at site; Implementation & review processes in place.
- Vendor development & their evaluation process establishment.
EHS And Statutory Compliance :
- Adhering to EHS standards and practices
- Compliance to all statutory standards using live IMS documents.
Establishment & sustenance of TQM practices - To implement TQM practices (e.g. Problem solving, 5S, Benchmarking etc.) in the dept
Self and Subordinate Development on a continual basis :
- To update knowledge on recent developments in HR field
- Review of Skill sets, Preparing Competency Modules, Follow up with HODs and Section Heads for skill mapping. Gap Analysis.
