Position:

General Manager (Finance) - Corporate Office

The GM-Finance will be managing the flagship company's finance and accounts matters overseeing the F&A team that supports the entire operations.

Location:

Corporate Office (Hyderabad)

Job Purpose:

Responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of SSLL operations. Provide leadership and coordination in the financial, accounting, audit planning and budgeting efforts of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create, coordinate and evaluate the financial programs and supporting systems of the company to include consolidation, budgeting, costing, tax planning and internal audit.

- Oversee the processing and the approval of revenue and expenditure control documents.

- Develop and improvise finance, accounting, billing and auditing procedures and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards.

- Coordinate the preparations of consolidated financial statements, financial reports, costing analysis and information reports.

- Establish and implement objectives, policies and operating procedures for the company.

- Develop and oversee the implementation of strategic business plans and annual budgets.

- Coordinate improvements in financial and management information systems for the company.

- Oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all assets and evaluate new Capex proposals.

- Constantly evaluate and improvise fiscal management.

- Oversee compliance with direct tax, indirect tax, Forex and Transfer Pricing regulations, working capital management, tax planning and corporate governance.

- Manage relationships with financial institutions and banks.

- Recruit, train, supervise, motivate and retain department staff.

- Other duties as assigned.

- Position reports to the Group CFO.
