S&D/Customer/Marketing Analytics - Media

A leading media conglomerate is looking for an individual with a strong academic background, with an ability to be data-driven and possessing a bent of mind for analysis and understanding of numbers, correlating the same with business insights.

You would be required to support decision making and manage business analysis autonomously in the field of Sales & Distribution/ Customer & Loyalty/ Trade and Marketing.

Your deliverables would be:

- To work closely with the senior management to build and develop the data analytics vertical

- To handle all data requirement - canned reports / ad hoc reports. Having a knack to organize, analyze, and summarize data and information using appropriate analytical methodologies and frameworks is a must.

- To design and set up MIS systems. Create measurement strategies, learning agendas and roadmaps with input from internal stakeholders

- To analyze customer and other transaction data to understand product sales and acquisition/ retention patterns and trends

You should preferably have :

- Prior domain experience in retail/ customer/ sales and distribution/ trade and marketing analytics.

- Hands on exp on SQL skills / advance Excel / Excel macros/ Access/ VBA/ R

- Experience working with large datasets

- Working familiarity with BI tools such as SAP BI/ BO

- Excellent data visualization skills required

- Superior problem-solving skills, self-motivation and the capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines
