Job Role and key Responsibilities: Manage Customer requirements and create solutions / proposals for winning customers. Key role in major deals where Customer has complex and varied requirements. Work with Developers, Customers and Sales to win deals. Manage Customer Support with a team and ensure appropriate TAT (Turn-around-time). Coorindate with Developers and Product Managers for Prioritization of Customer tickets and other requests from Leads.  Core Competencies (For eg. Written Communication, Initiative Level, innovation few examples)  Good Technical skills in our area of expertise - SaaS, CRM, Mobile; Good Communication Skills, Problem Solving, Solutions, Proposal Writing, Experience and expertise in working with Saas Solutions,   6+ years active customer facing roles, atleast 3 yrs as Sales Engineer in Software Companies. Managed technical and complex Customer Problems and delivered solutions. Experience of working with Developers for technical discovery, solutioning and delivery, fullfilment.
