Screen Magic is Looking for HR Manager
Responsibilities:
- Identify job vacancies and recruit the best talent for the organization.
- Create, enhance and administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs that motivate employees.
- Educate employees and communicate to them on how to align individual's day-to-day actions with organization's strategic business goal.
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with under-staffing, refereeing disputes and administering disciplinary procedures.
- Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related issues.
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
- Analyze training needs to design employee development, language training and health and safety programs.
- Maintain records and compile MIS reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
- Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination and take appropriate actions to resolve the identified problems.
- Contract with vendors to provide employee services, such as food service, transportation, or relocation service.
Requirement :
- 8 - 15 years of experience in complete HR Management, preferably in a Software Product company.
- Full-time MBA from a premier institute.
- You should be a strategic thinker and successful in implementing new & innovative ideas in current or previous role.
- You should have participated in setting up and executing HR operations of a growing organization.
- You should have handled complete HR operations, i.e. Recruitment, Payroll, HR Policies, Employee engagement, people management, vendor management and all other day-to-day activities of the HR department.
- You should have handled grievances and employee issues in the most ethical and diplomatic manner.
- You should have excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
