As Associate Product Manager, you will guide a team that is charged with a product line contribution as a business unit. This extends from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for the company. You will build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with customers and prospects. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market.  Key Responsibilities:  - Manages requirements definition and ongoing prioritization of the development teams backlog.  - Understand the functional and technical aspects of current product line and act as a key product adviser.  - Elaborate requirements and drive execution according to roadmap.  - Work with Product Manager to create product specification, and implement product initiatives.  - Provide support to Customer Support, Professional Services and Technical Presales teams for Product issues.  - Review, give feedback & approve Product deliveries according to acceptance criteria within area of responsibility.  - Maintain a regular Customer feedback channel and provide inputs for product development.  - Enabling Product Support - Setup and maintenance of CRM, Complaint Ticketing system.  - Be aware of competitive activity and any trends that may be of benefit to our product.  Requirements:  - 3+ years of software marketing/product management experience.  - Knowledgeable in technology.  - Product management experience, preferably in SAAS products.  - Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work as a team.  - Should be able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.  - Willingness to innovate, explore new ideas and acquire new skills and knowledge.
