The opening is for a full-time employee and the candidate is required to do following Job/s:  Key Skills:  - Upselling, Relationship building, PR, SaaS understanding and solutioning, Data Analytics & reporting - CRM, Usage, etc.  Job Role and key Responsibilities:  - Manage Customer lifecycle - Onboarding, Feedback, Health-checks.   - Penetrate accounts and explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities . Meet revenue & growth targets.   - Use multiple channels to reach out to customers/leads. i.e Social Media.  Skills Required:  - Excellent Core Competencies in Business Communication (For eg. Written Communication, Initiative Level, innovation few examples)  Desired Profile:  - 4+ active customer facing roles, atleast 2 years in Direct Account Management in Software Companies.
