POSITION SUMMARY :

- The SCM Analyst understands SCM management for e-commerce business. H/She specializes in improving the experience of e-Commerce website while minimizing costs.

- Through detailed analysis, this position reports on key performance indicators (KPI), identifies opportunities, and works cross-functionally to implement new ideas.

- This role's impact includes decreasing defects in the fulfillment process, accelerating delivery times, and improving key drivers of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Analytical results also inform and shape the requirements for new development projects across the supply chain. Advanced analytical and problem solving skills are required.

- Develop new tools to automate the explanation of daily, weekly, monthly, and year-over-year changes in KPIs

- Provide data analysis and insights to support supply chain process improvements

- Research and communicate causes of KPI variation to the supply chain management team

- Monitor the change in KPIs

- Partner with the business intelligence tech team to devise new methods for drawing operational insights from data

- Create new methods for quickly assessing data quality and accuracy

DESCRIPTION :

- Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in eCommerce web operational data analysis and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans

- Designs and performs complex, multi-variable analyses to determine resolutions that clarify and address operational and business concerns; evaluating data to make recommendations for continued or new business direction

- Generating results using new or existing tools (for example, Access, Excel, function-specific tools); considering multiple scenarios and points of view and potential outcomes for recommending actions based on analysis

- Communicating and sharing recommendations and relevant information; and iterating analyses based on different business scenarios or assumptions.

- Drives change in the development and improvement of new or existing operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality

- Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions

- Supports profit and loss (P&L) line for functional area or customer experience goals

EXPERIENCE :

- Intermediate SQL, Advanced Excel, Experience in operations, transportation or supply chain and

- e-Commerce experience (highly preferred).

- Graduates from reputed engineering colleges and/or B schools may only apply.
