Take up early introductions and warm leads and convert them to pipeline through consultative selling and custom solution design.   2. Bring together domain and technology experts to construct effective client solutions and win new business.   3. Resourcefully deploy resources and orchestrate delivery such that client objectives are significantly exceeded.   4. Build deep client relationships and leverage these to drive revenue growth by broadening the reach.   5. Hire solid analytical talent to deliver exceptional results to clients.   6. Provide market insights and feedback from clients and prospects to continuously improve the relevance and impact of our platform and services.   7. Be an active contributor to company strategy as a core member of the leadership team. Revenue growth vs plan   The ideal candidate profile:   1. Experience in Analytics space for Media & Entertainment   2. While we like formal education from top colleges, what matters to us is your skill, energy and ability to learn quickly.   3. Similarly, number of years of experience is not a requirement for this role, but you will have demonstrated a record of creating new business from scratch.   4. Business development experience in the area of multi-channel customer relationship management is highly desirable.   5. Experience of getting new business in consulting companies and analytics companies will be preferred.
